二、儀器主要概述The main overview of the instrument：

結(jié)構(gòu)原理：
1、主要由：升壓系統(tǒng)(高壓變壓器)、西門子PLC控制系統(tǒng)、電極、油箱、電極定位架、計算機數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、軟件等組成；
2、計算機---西門子PLC控制系統(tǒng)---調(diào)壓裝置----升壓變壓器-----試樣；
3、高壓變壓器主要產(chǎn)生試樣所需的直流電壓；
4、調(diào)壓器用于調(diào)節(jié)升壓變壓器輸入端電壓以產(chǎn)生高壓所需的輸入電壓；
5、電壓測量主要是從高壓變壓器測量端測量，高壓變壓器測量端和高壓端是線性的；
6、放電系統(tǒng)在試驗做完以后自動放電，以免產(chǎn)生放電對人身的危害；

安全保護：

（1）門限位保護：不關(guān)門，即使通電點實驗開始，設(shè)備無任何反應(yīng)，軟件有:安全門未關(guān)閉提示。
（2）電壓歸零保護：如果在實驗過程中，突然斷電，下次開機后，會自動回到零位，保證初始電壓為在零位
（3）終止電壓保護：可以通過軟件設(shè)定終止電壓，保證在升壓過程中如果出現(xiàn)異常升到電壓后，自動終止并歸零
（4）高壓機械限位：如果軟件系統(tǒng)失去控制，電壓繼續(xù)往上升，到高壓限位后自動歸零如果在擊穿后未判停，通過過流保護器采集數(shù)據(jù)保證電壓自動歸零有高壓指示燈，通過觀察指示燈的狀態(tài)來判斷實在升壓還是在零位如果長時間做實驗，為保證設(shè)備的良好運行，設(shè)備留有變壓器排氣口，保證變壓器的良好運行，增長使用壽命如果在實驗中，試樣有異味或者出現(xiàn)燃燒和冒煙現(xiàn)象，可以通過排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)進行排除。
